**What do you like best about Tookan?**

I like that Tookan keeps everything organized in one place. For Keenway LLC, a final-mile delivery service, the platform makes it easy to dispatch orders, track drivers, and give customers real-time updates. It’s reliable, flexible, and works well for small businesses trying to scale without complications. The customer portal and live tracking features save us time and add a professional touch for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

I wish Tookan were more flexible with branding. They charge a significant amount for white-label customization, and as a delivery service, having a branded app for both customers and drivers makes a substantial difference. I used Shipday before, and they included branded apps at a much lower cost, which was great. That said, Shipday didn’t offer a full customer portal the way Tookan does, so Tookan still has the edge in overall functionality.

**What problems is Tookan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tookan solves the problem of having a professional-looking web app for delivery management. It gives Keenway LLC a platform that looks clean and modern while still being easy for drivers and customers to use. The customer portal especially helps us look polished and organized, which builds trust. It also helps us plan routes better and keep everything on track without needing multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Tookan?**

The best part about Tookan is its flexibility in managing deliveries and tasks in real time. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, allowing me to assign jobs to drivers with just a few clicks. I really appreciate the live tracking feature, which helps both my team and customers know exactly where a delivery is at any given moment. The customization options for workflows and notifications mean I can adapt the platform to fit my exact needs without having to compromise on functionality.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

While Tookan is a strong platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup can feel overwhelming due to the number of settings and options available, and it took me some time to fully understand all the features. Occasionally, the mobile app experiences minor sync delays in areas with poor internet connectivity. I also think the reporting dashboard could be made more visually intuitive with better data visualization options. That said, these are relatively small trade-offs considering the overall benefits.

The sales rep was very responsive at first and the dashboard screenshots looked promising, giving the impression of a mature delivery-management platform.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

After payment Tookan admitted that the core feature they repeatedly promised — automatic delivery-fee calculation and display in WooCommerce checkout — is impossible. No usable integration was delivered in more than a month and the company refused a refund, citing “effort” instead of results. Complete misrepresentation, lost time and money.

**What problems is Tookan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hoped Tookan would solve B2B last-mile logistics by automating delivery-fee calculation, task creation and live tracking for multiple WooCommerce stores. Unfortunately, the promised automation never materialised, so no actual benefit was realised.

Nothing. The platform looks decent on the surface, but everything underneath is broken, unreliable, and unprofessional. There is literally no “best” — just a trap dressed like a service.

Where do I even begin? The system is buggy, unstable, and full of false promises. They charged me, delivered nothing, and then ghosted me. Their support team is either nonexistent or just ignores you. Features like tracking, scheduling, reporting — all look good on paper but fail miserably in practice. It’s a pure scam dressed up as a SaaS platform. Stay away.

We have been working alongside Jungleworks for almost 5 years now. As a tech-based food delivery company, we rely on seamless logistics and efficient operations to keep our customers satisfied. Jungleworks has been an excellent partner in helping us streamline our delivery process with the intuitive and reliable Tookan platform.

The driver app is user-friendly, making it easy for our team to navigate routes, manage orders, and communicate effectively.

There have been a few bugs throughout the years, but for the most part they have been resolved in a timely manner. The other issue has been that the live map can lag at times, not showing a real-time location of any particular driver.

We made our business platform based on Tookan software as a Saas. Tookan has been a game changer for our business. Tookan's excellent user interface and its different features make managing the field workforce and collaborating with our teams a breeze. It has easy learning and our team quickly adapted. It automated our connection with our field staff and customers. With Tookan assigning jobs, tracking the delivery of service, and updating our customers is very seamless. These integrations saved us hours of manual work. Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed. Since implementing Tookan our productivity has significantly increased, and our workflow is much more organized. We are using Customer, Agent and Manager apps of Tookan by Jungleworks for our Orders Management and Tracking. It is a good experience using these apps, but the customer and agent apps need attention for updates and improvements according to latest use case requirements.
We are also in contact with Jungleworks Customer support team for modification in our app and they were quite responsive and cooperative.
The updates on the requirements from the Development Team and Customer support team needs to be fast.
Many fields and toasts in apps need modification.

Team was very good and efficient. They were able to create the domain and able to map the products. The team including Gurpreet and others are very helpful and were able to provide good guidance and suggestions. They are very strong in their technical and functional aspects. They were able to resolve the payment gateway issues in one or two days. I am very happy to be a part of that company and team. I am looking forward to work for different projects as well. **What do you like best about Tookan?**

Tookan offers a comprehensive solution for managing delivery operations with an intuitive interface and robust features. The real-time tracking and route optimization tools have significantly improved our efficiency. However, the settings are quite limiting and lack flexibility, and there have been very few improvements over the more than 6 years I have been using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

The support experience has been extremely disappointing. I have submitted a ticket over 45 days ago and still haven't received any updates. My ticket status remains "NEW," and when I reached out via live chat, I was promised a response within 24 hours, which never happened. The lack of timely and effective support is frustrating and unacceptable. This is the first time in my life I’ve encountered a SaaS with such poor support. I will definitely consider switching to another service.

The only effective feature I've found in Tookan is its real-time tracking. This aspect has been crucial in keeping tabs on our delivery agents and packages, ensuring transparency and accountability. It has allowed us to provide accurate ETAs to our customers and has significantly improved customer satisfaction.

However, the reporting functionality has been a major letdown. Reports are slow to generate and often inefficient, which hampers our ability to quickly analyze performance and make informed decisions. This has been a significant drawback, affecting our operational efficiency and overall experience with the platform.

The tool is easy-to-use, provides multiple options for different use-cases and is able to align with our operating model quite well. We use this everyday, and is critical for our business.
The Support team was good, Point of contact was engaging. It was easy to implement and integrate with our other systems. 
In case of any configuration or customization requirements, the team takes more time, but to an acceptable limit

I don't see any downsides currently, as we are able to use it well for our use-cases.

A great number of features. Basically, it should cover any delivery scenario once you understand how it works.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

High learning curve and implementation time. Poor customer support does not help.

Convoluted pricing - key features are offered as add-ons so you need to figure out your actual usage and costs before the actual implementation.

**What problems is Tookan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was a countultant to an organic shop that made deliveries to its wholesale and retail customers. We used Tookan for almost a year to plan deliveries and notify customers via messages on the upcoming deliveries. Before that the process was organized with Google Maps and robocalls. Tookan helped with quicker route optimization and better communication with the customer (message with 90% deliverability rate instead of a call that may not go through).

They've got a good piece of software, but poor management.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

Unprofessional people with no understanding of what a "contract" means.

We've been a very long customer of them for almost 4 years, and we have a signed contract with them specifying the renewal terms and conditions for our renewal, like any other SAAS. Out of sudden, they decided to bill us for a hefty amount for renewal, which was no where mentioned in the contract during signup., the increase is more than 20X.

I would have been happy to pay them the increased price too, provided this clause was mentioned in the contract during signup. This was no where mentioned on the contract, and the contract clearly defined our renewal charges too. They are choosing not to honour it and are trying to extract as much revenue possible from a particular client- in this case myself. Their account managers were made aware of this contract, however, they turned a blind eye on this.

We've almost spent about $2000 on them, and they suddenly decided to charge us more, despite a valid contract stating renewal terms.

Their sales rep gave us a certain feature, free of charge and mentioned it in the email, that it would remain free for as long as we are a customer. They have now decided us to charge for that too!

**What do you like best about Tookan?**

The web dashboard is really trustworthy. We cannot even recall last time service was down or had any issues. This software allows you to run your dispatch operation smoothly without having to pay thousands of dollars to make it happen. It works just as advertised, we have had it for years and are not planning on leaving.

So far we are really satisfied and just expect seeing more products and apps coming from Tookan in the feature, When it comes to dispatching software, it is certainly the way to go.

Efficiencies: It allows you to get rid of in paper time consuming day to day activities to focus on your core business

**What do you like best about Tookan?**

I have been with the Tookan Team for the last 5 years and am very satisfied with the platform. 

We started with them with 200 orders/month now we are at 25,000 orders/month. We can run our dispatch operation smoothly. 

The best thing about Tookan is not only their solution and features they also have good 
Support Managers. 

My Manager ( Mr. Laddy Takyar ) is helping with me every aspect of the requirements promptly.

Their system is easy to use and easy to implement for the business, drivers, and managers. and their integration system adapts to third-party integrations very easily.

 In Paraguay, I am the best service but without a doubt, the technology Tookan provided me made it possible to develop new businesses.

Tookan has literally been a life changer for me personally as well for my team. It was a very easy transition from our old software. Integration was simple. Customization and free add-ons are great. 

My company provides 24hr service and we use the platform daily. We've never had any outages and most important it's efficient. Customer support has been responsive and are a pleasure to work with.

We have been working with delivery contractors for our products but have had to manually alert clients on delivery status call drivers when clients ask for an update. With Tookan, not only are clients given their own tracking link but o can also see where drivers are. The onboarding team was super helpful in getting me setup and assisted me along the way. Thank you, Tookan!

They don't have apartment numbers yet for US addresses, sometimes the driver app crashes.

We are a courier company based in Finland, Northern Europe. We specialise in the transport of medicines. That means we transport medicines from pharmacies to customers' homes or make deliveries to nursing homes. We started our business in 2016. Initially we developed our own software, but we quickly switched to using the Tookan app because it had exactly the features we needed. We have been very happy with the software. We will continue to use Tookan in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone in the same business.

It is very easy to use!

We have hardly any bad experiences. It's only within the EU that it's important that the data is within the EU area and we're interested in how we can get the data to stay within the EU in the future.

It's really helpfully as complementary for yelo. We use it everyday and we do not have problems with it. It can be compare with the best last mile solutions.

Mailling has to be changed step by step, there's no an option to translate everything into spanish. There is a bug when we create the template for drivers. The deivery chrges has to be shown at first.

I love that Ankita Bhardwaj follows up regularly to make sure we are using the product to our full advantage.  I regularly use the app for GPS tracking of my contractors and their tasks. It helps keep me organized so I'm not constantly emailing, calling, and texting contractors trying to find out where they are or how they are doing.

**What do you dislike about Tookan?**

If there is a way, I haven't figured it out yet, but once I've created a task there is no way to go in and add another delivery/pick up point or transfer individual points to other agents without deleting the entire task and creating new ones. The manager app doesn't allow me to change the address of deliveries or pick-ups.
